Your content
The words, notes, and subjects you add belong to you. By using the app, you grant Vocapulet permission to store and sync your content on your behalf.
Acceptable use
Vocapulet is for personal vocabulary building. You agree not to use the app to store illegal content, attempt to access another user's data, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
No warranty
Vocapulet is provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Outages and data loss, while unlikely, are possible — especially for users without cloud sync enabled.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vocapulet is not liable for any loss of data, service interruption, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. This is a free service.
Account termination
We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms, at our discretion.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and notify users through the app where possible.
